These policies, terms and conditions apply to purchases ordered online only.

Returns and Exchanges

Rainbow Fantasy offers a 14 day money back return guarantee for any products supplied by Rainbow Fantasy subject to these conditions and procedures:

  • The customer should firstly emailing Rainbow Fantasy fairies@RainbowFantasy.com.au to request the  refund within 14 days from receiving the product.
  •  The product must then be returned to Rainbow Fantasy (address provides), in original condition, unused, not laundered, in original packaging and with original tags still attached.
  •  A copy of the original receipt or order must be included.
  • The customer bears any costs to return the product to Rainbow Fantasy.
  • Upon receiving the return product in the above condition, Rainbow Fantasy will arrange to refund the price paid for the product by either Credit Card payment reversal or Bank Transfer.
  • Rainbow Fantasy will not refund any postage, delivery or handling charges originally paid.
  • Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged

If the product is returned because it is faulty the following conditions and procedures apply:

  • The product must be returned to Rainbow Fantasy,  within 14 days.
  • The product must returned with original packaging and a copy of the order or receipt
  • Upon Rainbow Fantasy finding evidence of product fault, Rainbow Fantasy may either replace the product or refund the original purchase price.

Rainbow fantasy reserves the right to change or discontinue any items or prices at any time.

Information supplied on this website is based on information gained from our suppliers and other resources. However, we will not be held liable or make representation or warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

If an item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email. Your credit card will only be billed for items after they are shipped, therefore the out of stock items will not appear on your invoice or bill.
